UPDATED NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
Pasco County recently experienced a glitch with our online payment processing. Any customer that made an online payment using this system between Jan. 18th to Jan. 24th, 2014 was affected. The payments made between these dates were posted multiple times, so if your account was affected the balance on your account was showing incorrectly.
ThisThis issue has since been corrected and the account balances should now be showing accurately. Another problem that arose was that any bills that were sent out prior to us noticing also had incorrect outstanding balances showing on them. We are in the process of sending out new bills to those customers that were affected along with letters. The balances showing in our online system should be accurate, so if you are making a payment please refer to the online balances until you receive a corrected bill.
Those customer that did not make an online payment using this system during those dates should not have been affected.
